How soon will my order be processed?
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Ground orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. This does not include orders placed on the weekends. For bank holidays please allow an additional business day to process.
How can I be sure that my order was received?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. The email will contain all the details of your order and should be kept for your records.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact SJL Essentials at sjlessentialsboutique@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After the 2 hour window, we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted.
